Jay & Jo
The team behind ICE K9 combines more than 50 years of operational security experience. Director of Operations Joanne Blackburn brings over 30 years in a variety of security roles, including more than 15 years within the prison service, providing extensive expertise in risk management, operational procedures, and maintaining the highest professional standards. Managing Director Jay Blackburn has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, much of it spent working as a K9 handler in dangerous and hostile environments across government, critical infrastructure, and private sector contracts. Together, they provide the leadership, experience, and operational knowledge that underpin every aspect of ICE K9.
